Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Angeles University, Philippines. After working as an Operating Room Nurse in San Bernardino County, California, she moved to Western Maryland in 1985. While working at Sacred Heart Hospital in Cumberland, she developed an interest in real estate and came to work at Deep Creek Lake. Mike and Lisa were married in 1989, & continued to develop vacation home properties and communities. Lisa was licensed with A&A Realty Better Homes & Gardens for 10 years, Railey Realty for two years, and has served Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. for the past 10 years. She has been the company's Top Producer on several award levels throughout her career. With Long & Foster, she maintained six years under the Master's Club Division (the highest award category), and two years in the Founder's Club. She was named to the Master's Club Hall of Fame in 2006 for maintaining this highest award level for a five-year period. For 2007, under the most challenging real estate market conditions, Lisa received 3 regional awards; third place for Top Team of the Year; fifth place for Top Team by Settled Units; and Top Team of the Deep Creek Lake Office. A team is defined as two agents working together. Lisa's team member is her transaction coordinator, Heather Christner, who has been Lisa's associate for 10 years. Lisa was also a recipient of the Realty Alliance Award for 2007, recognizing exceptional performance and ranking her in the Top 5% of all Residential Real Estate Professionals in North America. She has received this annual award over the past eight years, ranking her several times in the Top 1%.
